Keynote Speaker - ReadyWork$ Graduates

It was truly an honor to be invited to serve as a keynote speaker for the ReadyWork$ Graduation—a program focused on helping individuals build the confidence and skills needed to step into the workforce.

During my remarks, I shared parts of my own career journey—the unexpected turns, the moments of doubt, and the importance of simply continuing to show up. I talked about what I’ve learned along the way: that success isn’t about having everything figured out, it’s about taking small, consistent steps forward, even when things feel uncertain.

I also encouraged graduates to lean into professionalism, stay open to learning, and surround themselves with people who believe in them. Most importantly, I wanted them to leave knowing that they are capable, that their progress matters, and that they don’t need a perfect plan to move forward—they just need to take the next step.

This experience reflects the kind of speaking I value most—real, honest, and grounded in connection—where the goal is not just to speak, but to truly reach people and remind them of what’s possible. CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT READYWORK$.
