During my tenure as Senior Director of Student Financial Assistance, Veteran Services, and Scholarships at College of DuPage (2020–2023), I regularly presented to the Board of Trustees, financial aid recipients, and the broader campus community. These presentations highlighted key initiatives, operational improvements, student impact outcomes, and strategic priorities across financial aid and student support services.

Each engagement was designed to do more than inform—it translated complex systems into clear, actionable insights, elevated the student experience, and showcased the measurable results of intentional leadership.
